BotLabs is a digital marketing agency owned by husband-and-wife team, Laura and Tim Holland, that focuses on solutions in business, operations, and technology for both local and national companies and organizations. We partner with business leaders to help them achieve their goals through our data-driven approach digital marketing, SEO, and leadership coaching and consulting.
Our primary mission is to build connections in places, and with people, often painted over and ignored. To this end, we are always learning about our clients and testing new technology and methodologies to find fresh and innovative solutions that build connection. Laura is an organizational consultant, leadership coach, and writer who has facilitated numerous workshops for the Department of Defense, United States government, and megachurches and religious organizations. She is a leader of leaders who has experience leading teams of up to 500+ individuals. Laura holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Semiotics, Church, and Culture from Portland Seminary and a Master’s in Teaching and believes that metaphor and storytelling are vital understanding one’s organization and taking it to the next level.
Tim is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 20 years of experience in paid search and social, web development, SEO, and technical project leadership for multi-million dollar contracts. Tim hold a Master’s in Operations Management form the University of Arkansas and is driven by taking on new challenges.
